TDPEL respects the intellectual property rights of writers, photographers, artists, publishers and other creators. Content on our website may include material that TDPEL owns, material used with permission or under license, and brief references to third-party work where lawful.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe something on tdpel.com infringes your copyright, please email tdpel.com@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright Concern.” To help us evaluate it, please include:
- Your name and a reliable reply address.
- The specific TDPEL page URL and a description of the material you believe infringes your rights.
- A link to or description of the original work and the rights you own or are authorized to represent.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Review and action
We will consider sufficiently detailed notices, may seek additional information, and may remove, revise or temporarily disable access to disputed material when appropriate. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal; questions of license, exceptions and lawful use can require evaluation.
Corrections and mistaken notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, email the same address with the relevant URL and supporting details. We will review the circumstances consistent with applicable laws and any relevant service-provider procedures.
Reuse of TDPEL content
You may link to our articles, quote limited portions as permitted by applicable law, and share content through standard website sharing functions. Do not reproduce full articles, images, branding or substantial portions of the site commercially without the required permission. For permissions, contact tdpel.com@gmail.com.
This page provides a general reporting process. It does not itself appoint a statutory copyright agent or replace procedures that may apply under particular laws.
