Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

TDPEL (“TDPEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://tdpel.com/, an online magazine covering technology, business, lifestyle, culture, travel and related topics. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information that may be processed when you visit the site or communicate with us, the reasons for that processing, and the choices available to you.

1. Who is responsible for this website?

TDPEL is the name of the publication operating this website. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact tdpel.com@gmail.com. We have not published a separate postal contact address or registered-company identity on the website. Requests sent to this email will be routed to the site operator.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: When you email us or submit our contact form, you may provide your name, email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary.
  • Technical and usage information: Our web server, content-management system, hosting provider, security tools and caching services may process IP addresses, browser and device characteristics, requested URLs, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostics needed to deliver and protect the website.
  • Comments: If comments are available on a particular article and you post one, WordPress may process the information you submit plus technical information used for spam prevention and moderation. Not every article allows comments.
  • Accounts: WordPress administrator and other authorized user accounts require account credentials and may use login or preference cookies. Ordinary readers do not need to create an account to read TDPEL.
  • Optional features: If we later enable newsletter registration, analytics, advertising, third-party embeds, or other services, those features may collect additional information. This notice and the Cookie Policy should be updated when such features are activated.

3. Why we use information

We process information to display articles and pages; answer enquiries and correction requests; maintain security and prevent abuse; improve functionality and performance; manage authorized accounts; keep appropriate operational records; and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where a law requires a lawful basis, the applicable basis depends on the activity and may include legitimate interests in operating a secure publication, responding to a request, compliance with law, or consent where required.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress and our hosting or caching tools may use cookies or related technologies to support login sessions, site security, preferences, performance and reliable delivery. Any non-essential analytics or advertising technologies introduced later must be disclosed and, where required, subject to appropriate visitor choice. See our Cookie Policy.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use WordPress and hosting-related services, including Hostinger and site plugins for caching, security, administration and contact-related functionality. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their respective services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights and site security, or in connection with an organizational or asset transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not publish contact-form messages as editorial content without a reason and appropriate permission.

Third-party pages and embedded services have their own privacy practices. Following a link away from TDPEL may take you to a site we do not control.

6. Data retention

We keep communications and site records only for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, including answering enquiries, maintaining site integrity, resolving disputes and meeting applicable legal requirements. Different records have different retention periods: for example, server and security logs may rotate automatically, while correspondence may remain until an enquiry is resolved or a justified longer record is needed. Backups can take additional time to expire.

7. International processing

Internet, hosting and technical services may involve processing in countries different from your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will work with the relevant providers to apply them.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable rights relating to sale or sharing of personal information. We will consider requests under the laws that apply to TDPEL and the request. Certain records may need to be retained for security, legal or legitimate operational reasons.

To make a request, email tdpel.com@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Please describe what you would like us to do. We may need reasonable information to verify a request, but please do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

9. Children’s privacy

TDPEL is a general-interest publication and is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information and would like it reviewed or removed, contact us at the address above.

10. Information security

We use website administration, hosting and security measures intended to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No internet-based system can guarantee perfect security. Please avoid sharing passwords or financial information through a general contact message.

11. Policy updates

We may change this policy as the site’s functions, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top indicates the version in effect. Material changes should be accompanied by an appropriate notice when required.
